Proactive Age-Out Cliff Prevention
Beyond answering questions, the platform scans consumer records and proactively alerts families and service coordinators ahead of critical transition deadlines — Early Start exit at age 3, adult-services transition at 18, and school age-out at 22 — closing a real, dangerous gap in the current manual process. This capability is built and tested in our proof-of-concept, ahead of live customer deployment.

Your GCP Project, Your Data
Architected to deploy entirely inside the customer’s own Google Cloud project — Cloud Run microservices, Firestore, Vertex AI Vector Search, Pub/Sub, and Secret Manager — so client PII/PHI is designed to never leave your GCP boundary. This BYOL model is our target deployment architecture.
Hierarchical Multi-Agent Design
A router designed to dispatch to domain-specialist agents (Early Start, Self-Determination Program, Transition/Adult Services, General Lanterman Act), each with isolated system prompts and a tiered RAG engine that labels citations Trusted, Reliable, or Public to reduce hallucination risk.
Read-Only Legacy Integration
A proposed integration path to legacy mainframe systems via a read-only Model Context Protocol (MCP) façade — architected for zero write risk to systems of record, with a clean upgrade path as platforms modernize.
Compliance-Minded Design
Being architected with HIPAA/PII-aware data handling and minimal data retention as core design principles, with additional access-control and audit safeguards planned to support California DDS compliance requirements.
Human-in-the-Loop by Design
The AI is designed to draft documents and recommendations; a human Service Coordinator always reviews and approves before anything is finalized or touches a system of record.
